Lift-Plus Face Case Studies

Case 1

This patient had a lower face and neck lift as well as neck liposuction and a chin implant. Sometimes a chin implant can be helpful to provide more projection to the chin.

Liposuction alone would not have been adequate as the neck tissue was loose.

This patient also had  fat transfer to her cheeks, providing more fullness in that area.

It typically takes 2 weeks to recover from the surgery due to swelling and bruising.

The after photos were taken 3 months after the surgery.

Case 3

This patient had a lower face lift performed. Reduction in wrinkling on her cheeks as well a more defined jawline can be seen.

It can be seen that the nasolabial folds (the folds between the nose and the mouth) were also reduced. This is most likely because this patient had a lightly structured face. Often the nasolabial tend not to improve significantly following a lower face lift.

Following the procedure, a compression bandage is usually worn for 4 days. Drains are also used for this amount of time.

The after photos were taken 3 months after the surgery.
